my body
Some days I feel like I am falling apart. I am only 25 and I already have arthritis. I have knees that often ache from standing at work, and I often wake up with a back that is stiff and sore. Ontop of all that with my lapse in cycling I am keanly aware that my endurance, strength and lung capacity are decreasing.
But when I demand something of my body it always delivers. canoe, walk, run, dance, pull all-nighters at work, I often end up sore and tired but I always make it to the otherside of the challenge, and that is pretty cool.
